CirCaCoin staking is provided in partnership with Cryptogram.vip. The portal at stake.circacoin.io serves solely as an access point and will redirect you to Cryptogram, where the actual staking process takes place.

 

By creating an account with Cryptogram.vip and staking CirCaCoin (CCC), you acknowledge and agree to the following provisions.

Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to stake CCC in your country.
  • If you live in the UAE, you must follow local laws and regulations.

Staking Basics
  • The minimum stake is 100 CCC.
  • Profit-sharing rewards are targeted between 4% and 60% annually, depending on the staking tier and duration. These are projected rates and not guaranteed returns.
  • Your CCC will be committed for the staking period (usually 12 months).
  • At the end of the term, your original tokens and any earned rewards will be released.

Shariah Compliance
  • Staking is managed by Cryptogram.vip, our wallet partner that follows Shariah rules in the UAE.
  • This means:
     No interest (riba)
     No excessive uncertainty (gharrar)
     No haram activities (e.g., gambling, alcohol, or prohibited financing)
  • Rewards are distributed on a profit-sharing basis, in line with principles reviewed by independent Shariah advisors.

Risks
  • The value of CCC may go up or down; your staking rewards are in CCC, not fiat money.
  • Rewards are based on actual profits, and while profit rates are projected, they are not guaranteed.
  • Blockchain systems rely on smart contracts, which carry some technical risks.
  • Regulations may change in the future and affect staking.

Early Withdrawal
  • Once you stake, your CCC is locked until the term ends.
  • Early withdrawal is only possible in rare cases (e.g., law changes, force majeure).

Responsibility
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and wallet secure.
  • You are also responsible for any tax obligations in your country.

Liability
  • CirCaCoin and Cryptogram.vip are not liable for market losses or indirect damages.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the CCC you have staked.

By creating an account on Cryptogram.vip and staking CCC, you confirm that you:

  • Understand the risks and mechanics of staking.
  • Agree to be bound by this User Agreement and the full Terms & Conditions of Cryptogram.vip.
  • Acknowledge that staking is structured in accordance with Shariah principles.
